Hello! I recently purchased a Razer Naga Pro and a Dock. But 2 days ago, my mouse started having a problem. The thumb buttons of my mouse have a different color from the rest of my mouse. It seems like it is doing a breathing effect: for example, when the rest is pink/yellow/green, my thumb button is red. It then turns off and becomes blue. I use the chroma studio, have no apps/ devices connected. It is really annoying as my mouse thumb buttons have a very different color.... I thank everybody in advance.

There is a good chance that we're dealing with a faulty LED. Please check if the nodes in question are unable to display a certain spectrum of colors. I'd appreciate it if you can capture the test and send me a short clip, along with the serial number of the mouse. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
