Hi people! As the title suggest I got the keyboard lighting up but the keys are not working. It is not recognized in razer synapse and it is not working even when I turn on the pc and try to access the bios. I already tried to update the driver but nothing changed. In device manager when I hit "show hidden" and right click on the blade keyboard it says: Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer (error 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. I then opened the backcase and removed the battery to check if everything was in place, and it was. I really have no idea how I can fix this, any help would be very much appreciated

You can try to revert to a restore point where everything is working, assuming you had that setup. That said, there is a good chance that either the cable or the keyboard itself is defective. Please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can help you get this sorted out. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
