New Synapse 3 update has broken the app.

Just received an auto update for the Synapse 3 software. All of the in app profiles and settings are now inaccessible. Everything is ticked off and the battery indicator is broken. I can't load or change anything without freezing the software. Restarting the software and PC is futile. I can still receive audio from the headset but cannot make any modifications. Please advise.

      Nearly the same thing has happened to me.. I have a Razer Nari, and when it updated the software, my Razer Nari is no longer a detected device. Nothing shows up... I restored my O/S (win 10) to a previous point 1 day ago, and still it no longer shows up. I removed everything (Drivers etc) and then did a restore, then tried to install as new. Still doesn't show up. I just got these for Christmas, and I have had them less than a month. I am pretty upset right now. So is my spouse who gave them to me. Please tell me how to correct this, or issue an updated software, or something that will completely remove Razer drivers/Synapse, so that I can do a proper clean install! My app profile is gone, my settings are gone, my lighting controls are gone... And I can't see my headset in the software... I expected better of Razer.... I will not post my review right now... however it is looking like 1 star atm :slightly_sad: (or less) BTW I am a hardware/software Tech with 40 years of experience.... If I can't get them going... There isn't anybody else I can ask, as they all come to me for advice.

      for me the macro or any other option no matter which i chose is not working like FN+p key for profile change it wont work FN+1 for color profile that is not working wither i tried uninstalling and reinstalling software also using Huntsman Elite

      See the Article Razer Insider | Forum - Synapse 3 deleted my profiles It fixed it for me (Surprise surprise)... Happiness. However this is such a weird way to do it. Go to settings --> apps --> Razer Synapse - then Modify it, and install the update..... I did work for me... Good Luck out there!!!
