2017 Razer Blade Stealth Battery Replacement

I've got a 2017 Razer Blade Stealth that I bought in June of 2018. I encountered the touchpad clicking problem, which led me to discovering that my battery was very bloated. I removed it, and dropped it off at Staples to get recycled. For the life of me I could not figure out how to contact Razer support (aside from being told that my system is out of warranty). I ended-up buying a battery on Amazon (I needed to get my PC back to functional for work). Now the new battery isn't being recognized by Windows, and from what I was able to surmise, it is likely because there is damage to either the charge controller, or some other part of the system. How can I contact Razer support to either get my system serviced, or at least purchase an OEM battery replacement? ALSO: Any and all tips to get the system to recognize the replacement battery are welcome. Yes, I've tried plugging and unplugging, uninstalling battery divers in windows, and verifying the physical connections. FWIW, the laptop does work without the AC adapter connected, but Windows still doesn't see the battery.

I have this exact same issue with a Razer Blade Pro 2017 4k. I don't think your laptop is damaged, as mine has the same issue with the replacement battery. I still have my old swollen battery and it is recognized by the Blade Pro. I've tried all the online solutions I could find to try to get the battery to be recognized by the laptop with no luck. I'd gladly pay to get this resolved, but can't seem to get anything beyond "system is out of warranty" from Razer.
