Brand New Razer Kiyo stopped working

Got my SO a Razer Kiyo webcam for Hannukah. First day he uses it, and it conks out mid-stream. Since then, we've tried plugging it into multiple USB ports on two different PCs, but the system doesn't even register anything (tested with USB LogView) Is this a known or common issue? Anything we can do on our end to get it working again? Or is our only option to either exchange or return it?

I have the same issue, currently exchanging emails but I think a return/ exchange is the only thing we can do. It might have fried itself somehow

Same problem here! mine even works for like 10 min when i start the computer then it just stops and work on the next day for another 10 min... If you guys find a solution just let me know.
