7.1 RAZER SURROUND SOUND code error "license code is invalid"

i have the same problem but my error saying ''its already in use''. help me plz

and? nothing on this topic, i just have the same problem "license code invalid". i scharched it myself yesterday evening.

I'm having the same issue too, shared feedback on the 7.1 app to customer service for a week and no response till date. :mad_:

yeah i can see there is no reply for the previous posts either...

So I was having the same problem and what I found out was when I entered the activation code I was entering zeroes and not o's.

smart guy :) i can;t believe it, you solved it. It's unbelieveble, noone uses o's in such codes is Zeros only :)

Yeah, they definitely should of just used Zeros and no o's. Took me forever but it finally came to me.

Mine still wont work...I just out the code in and its not working....

i got my headset this morning and the code wont work is there no official help for this kind of stuff??

I don't understand why they thought it was necessary to need an activation code tbh

Hi , I bought a Kraken X from online shopee mall and receive the product on 30/03/2021 and today I tried to activate 7.1, I installed the software "7.1 Surround sound" and when he asked to put the activation code I scratched the card and put the code, only that one is appearing to me error saying "License code is invalid" what can I do? i'm desperate i need help. I just got a Kraken Kitty do they not come with a code? Can not even find mine.

okay i figured out something. some 1 are i in cap. make sure u try. it worked for me
