Razer Nari Ultimate mic stopped working

I've tried everything from re-installing Synapse then doing a factory reset to disabling all the Realtek hardware on my PC. It's not picking up any sound and it's not my PC that's the problem (the webcam mic still works). After a few Windows updates, the mic just won't do anything so it's obviously a software problem with no Synapse updates or known fixes for it. I've tried it on my laptop, same thing. It's a shame the headsest didn't even last 2 years for the expensive price tag. This is the last piece of Razer equipment I'll ever buy, I've had overheating an Blade Stealth, a Razer Core that couldn't handle a weak 1650 S, and now this. I bet no one's had a fix for this, but I hope I'm wrong.
