Razer Kraken Kitty Edition BT does not play audio when I connect the microphone to my laptop
When I connect my microphone to my laptop when I’m in a call with someone, I cannot hear them. It’s like it’s sacrificing me hearing them in order for my microphone to work. I can only hear them when I use my laptop microphone. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Do you mind sharing a short clip of your setup when the audio works and when it doesn't? I'd appreciate it if you can share the model of your laptop and the separate mic if you are using one, along with the serial number of your headset.
