Goliath extended chroma noticeable dimmer on the right side.

I recently purchased the Goliath Extended Chroma to go with my Razer keyboard, mouse and headphone stand. Regardless of the color I choose, it is always very dim on the right side and when it is set on white it almost looks tan on the right side. I do understand that the light will be the brightest at the module where it terminates. Are there any fixes for this? I have tried different USB ports on my computer and I tried two different computers and the results were all the same.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your mat's concern here. Were you able to log in as a guest user in Synapse 3.0 and check if the issue persists? Should the behavior continues, please contact your reseller and have it replaced or submit a case to our Support Team by clicking this link.
