Synapse won't Install: Error 528372

I've tried multiple guides for the Uninstall, Drivers, Repair, etc. I've even tried a system restore and nothing seems to work. I've been having this issue for a week now.

    Please send me your System and Application logs from Windows Event Viewer and export all the information on MSINFO32. Upload the files on GDrive and Dropbox and send me a shareable link so I can help you further isolate the issue. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
