Razer Nari Ultimate high pitched noise in right speaker?

So every now and then when I talk, a high pitched noise would start to emerge for a split second. This never happens with other headphones and it only started once I plugged my Razer Nari Ultimate into my pc via the bluetooth dongle. Once I mute my mic, I can go hours without hearing the noise. I tried different headphones and they didn't have any issues. Did I get a defective unit? I will also like to add on I use THX audio.
