RAZER KRAKEN TE MIC IS LOW

Guys, I bought RAZER KRAKEN TE today, i installed everything automatically by following the steps. After a few required computer restarts, my mic is only loud in synapse 3 but i can not use it anywhere else. I found a million bug on the internet about this bug, i tried everything but it is still not working.
  • I unplug it than plug in it .....
  • uninstall synapse
  • my default things are the default things:eek_: ( i found 100s of soulitions which says : "make your default sound input etc.....all of you know what i mean
Nothing worked !!! I spend my money on it for nothin ??? i dont think so come on RAZER !!!! Do something!!!! pls help me guys :(
