huntsman mini stopped working....help!!!

i dont know its not working anymore i tried doing this , i unplugged it and plugged it back in while holding the space bar caps and escape it went to this mode where the lights are on as a rainbow but i cant type can someone help me out here i tried doing it again but it goes back to the mode that doesnt work vice versa with the lights on as a rainbow mode but i cant type id really love some help here because it just stopped working for me i got a new desktop and along with it this razer huntsman mini like i got a new setup the keyboard is new and clean still i cant imagine it being a cord problem because it can light up still in that rainbow mode but cant type

    Try this:
    • Unplug the keyboard.
    • Press and hold the Escape button (Esc), Caps Lock (Caps), and Space Bar.
    • Plug the Huntsman into a USB port.
    • Release all keys.
    If the problem persists, send me the serial number so I can look into other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
