Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro Key lighting issue

Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard, which seems to be showing the 6,7,8,9,0, -, = and backspace keys as different colors even on the Static basic color pattern. When I do the basic Static color pattern to say Green, they show up as black. When I have synpase not running and it is doing spectrum cyrcling, they will sometimes circle up to say red, while the rest might be yellow. How can I fix this? Used the Factory Reset option. I've tried to use Chroma Studio to make a fixed color and it shows as they should be colored - but they are not.

    The green LEDs are highly likely dead. Was the keyboard plugged into a powered USB hub? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can help you further isolate the issue. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
