Hi i bought a Razer Mambai TI mice and a Razer BlackWindow v3 keyboard and the razer synapse does not detect my devices. i am in maxes Big Sur i will be happy for help. Thank you

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. The Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible up until Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported.
