activation code not working

I bought my Razor headset in 2016. I cant find the model number so cant tell you which one it is. I kept it away for a while. Now that I intend to use it with 7.1 surround sound, the activation code is not working. Its says "License code is invalid". Taimur.

    try to contact razer support via email, they will send you the code in the next 2-4 days. Or you can start a live chat with razer agent.
