Razer Ornata Chroma Help

Hi, I currently have a Razer Ornata Chroma and this one hasn't shown me the profiles in the color/light profile selection for a while. I already did what in the support said to press Esc + Caps Lock at the same time and then put the keyboard back on and it didn't work. I need help because I'm already getting hateful as when I play or call the Walpaper Engine the chroma appears right, but when I want to use one of my profiles it just doesn't work... this is making me sick as I love my profiles and currently the keyboard is always in an infinite "breathing" loop... please help!
