Computer reset back to factory settings on it own!
I recently signed into my Razer 16 laptop, but rather than my regular login account page, a blue screen appeared asking me to set up an account even though I already have one. Long story short, I opened a new account thinking I could switch bet users and get back to my admin user account. When it started up my entire Desktop, start menu, everything was different. All of my pictures, music, and my documents are GONE. None of my files, history and even some of my programs are missing. Its as if the computer reset itself. This hasn’t happened before. Any advice/guidance!??

DeepPucegeocentral676Hi there! Do you still see your main account? As @FiszPL, check the user under the Windows path he posted. Once verified, you can switch to your account and delete that newly created account Windows 10 account.
