Orbweaver lost configuration

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my "old" Orbweaver keypad, lately it loses the USB connection and subsequently, if I try to connect the keypad to the USB again, it doesn't keep the Synapse configuration, forcing me to restart the pc. I also tried to close the Synapse and reopen it, to put it offline and reopen it, to do these same things by disconnecting the keypad, but I think it is a driver problem at this point, do you have a fix for this? I also tried uninstalling Synapse and then reinstalling it, but nothing has changed. Even if I lightly touch the usb, the keypad disconnects and reconnects without keeping the configuration, completely disfiguring itself, I'm talking about assigned keys and macros.     Do you notice any fraying on the cable or corrosion on the connector? There's not much that we can do if the device itself is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. There is a good chance that the keypad is in its last legs. In any case, please send me the serial number so I can verify the model and warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
