I have three razer devices. A Huntsman keyboard, a Naga chroma mouse, and a Kraken Kitty edition headset. All connected directly to my PC via USB and they work great, I love them.
However, they only work great when I DON'T use Synapse.
Installing and running Synapse causes the mouse to randomly stop responding or to generate ghost inputs. It causes the keyboard to sometimes miss a keystroke or think a key is stuck pressed. It makes all three devices disconnect randomly (though they always disconnect all at once).
NONE of these things happen when Synapse isn't running. I have been doing things without Synapse for a while but I bought Razer for the software and customization of macros/lighting. The way things are, these are barely better than my old, no-name peripherals.
I have also followed the official clean Synapse reinstall guide to the letter and that only solved the problems for a week tops before they started coming back.
I would appreciate any help, or even just another person saying they have the same issues would bring me some comfort that I'm not alone here.

We are looking into this. For now, please run some tests using Guest Login and send me your results via PM. You can use this to collect Synapse 3.0 logs and upload them on GDrive, then send me a shareable link.
