Lancehead Wireless Mouse

Dear community, my Lancehead Wireless mouse isn't working, neither the connection via cable nor the wireless connection via USB dongle. It lights and I can click on all buttons on the mouse - that's working. But when I move it, it doesn't react, I cannot move my cursor. Please help me, it was a expensive mouse, and it has worked for some months, but not at the moment. Thank you.

    Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you checked if your Razer Lancehead is detected in Razer Synapse 3.0? If yes, please click the gear icon at the top-right and look for reset from the side options, then reset your mouse. Let me know if it helps.
