Razer Kraken 7.1 v1 Chroma become CONEXANT USB AUDIO

Hey yesterday my Krakens become CONEXANT USB AUDIO and reconnecting all time, synapse dont reognize it. Where can i get some firmware? In support tab i see "Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty" :(

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Does the issue happen while connecting the device to a different USB port or computer? Ensure to connect the headset directly to the computer. If you are using a desktop PC, plug the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma at the rear USB ports and see if it helps.

    Hey, on notebook with win7 work lets say ok its kind of laggy but windows 10 on pconly detecting CONEXANT USB AUDIO. Macbook aso displaying only CONEXANT USB AUDIO. I try other ports work same
