Razer Seirin Mini has crackling sounds

Hello! As of three days ago my Seirin Mini has been making crackling sounds. I've disabled my webcam and other microphones, updated and restarted my computer, plugged it into new usb ports, and uninstalled and reinstalled it. The microphone is less than of month of use. When I plug it into a new port, and how I first discovered the issue, it appeared like the attached file in my device manager. I've tried just about everything. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
