Unable To Purchase THX Spatial - Invalid Promo Code - Asia Pacific

I have an issue purchasing the THX Spatial audio from Razer's website. The issue is that I cannot use the promo code for 50% off on the Shopping Cart page. It will state that I have inserted an invalid code (I do realize that it requires me to enter the promo code without any dashes). The code I had was found on my Razer 7.1 Surround software which is bundled with my Kraken X. I have tried the promo code with and without dashes but it still states that I have entered an invalid promo code. Have anyone else from Asia Pacific had a similar problem? I contacted Razer's chat support but the case was dismissed as they told me the THX Spatial audio isn't available for those outside of the US. I have checked on Razer's official website (Asia Pacific) and found the software is able to be downloaded and purchased.
