Blackshark V2 Special Edition doesen´t work really

Hello I just recently bought a headset the Razer Blackschark V2 :Special Edition:+ the USB cable. I plug this headset in and try to talk but it only works sometimes that I can talk and hear sound. I do not know if this is because of my internet connection or because of the headset. then if I plug the headset again off and on then it works again. if I can not talk then comes there so a beepsten I have heard from my friends. I have this headset plugged into the back of my computer I also don't know where to plug it in because everywhere the same thing happens.... Please reply.....

    Do you get the same results with and without the USB sound card, with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can help you further isolate the issue. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
