Synapse is causing my mouse to double click etc

Seriously... This has been going on and I have RMA'd EVERY, SINGLE, SOLITARY, razer mouse ive owned all the way back to the original naga. (and ive had every iteration of naga). Take care of them all the same, with ocd imaculate'ness. It takes time, but they all end up double clicking or the mouse button not registering as staying down when you hold it down. (it releases itself). These are 100 dollar mice folks.. anyhow, I just put in yet another RMA request for my trinity, and during some last ditch efforts to try and sort it out (yes tried the breathing in trick, tried different levels of sharp direct engagement/force etc) turns out, closing synapse solves it. Still with the busted software. Anyone have any idea WHICH part of synapse is causing this? Considering I use it relatively often for mapping - plus my lighting which is one of the main reasons i upgraded to the new synapse3/chroma peripherals last year. Still when I get myself or others killed due to being unable to consistently mouse turn........ Any suggestions apart from literally not being able to run synapse software? And yes its been purged and reinstalled three dozen times as the gamescanner/manager isnt picking up games for me and ive been trying to get that to work for 6 months+ lol. no idea why i would or should need to serial reinstall a software anyhow, it would be the only software on my pc ive never needed to do that with (if that was the suggested maintenence/fix to keep this at bay).

Are you sure, that synapse is causing doubleclick? I've never seen such case. I've rather seen faulty Omron switch, but not double click caused by software. Is it possible to reproduce it on different PC?

nope, it was just a string of good luck or whatnot. It began happening without, and i tried with razers "test" account to see if it was a profile issue. No bueno there either. Evidently either a firmware to address the issue exists (some have said thats the case) or it'll be going in for an RMA.

Hi, @klepp0906. Just checking in. How long has this been happening and are you currently on Windows 1809? Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your Naga Trinity so I can look into possible firmware fixes?

Yes im on 1809, and its happened eventually with every naga ive ever owned. I mean, you guys have to hear it incessantly so i imagine this isnt anything new. I'll PM you the SN though - if theres a firmware that'll help, great! It was bought in february 2018 i believe, and its been happening for at least a few months. Ive just sorta dealt with it. But its now causing me all kinda issues in games which is bad news obviouslyi. PM Inc

That's too bad but I totally understand how annoying that can be. I play a lot of FPS and MOBA and I've had my fair share of double-clicking mice so I hope I can help you sort this out. Will get to your PM in a bit.
