Razer SYNAPSE 2.0 WONT UPDATE

Hello, I am having problem while trying to update drivers from razer synapse 2.0. The process goes like when i click update the update manager comes and after %100 it goes but few minutes sometimes few hours later the same update comes back again. Please help me! I tryed uninstalling Synapse 2.0 and installing again (clearly!). And the reason why i want to update this is from the microhphone i hear a lot of electrical sound like its not background sound its like electrical. And whenever i turn it to 192 khz from razer app after few minutes it turns to airplane there is no sound just nothing i feel like its all about the driver. Images:
