7.1 Surround Sound activation code not working (code has already been used)

Hi, I got my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset a couple of days ago and I followed the steps to download the 7.1 Surround Sound app. I tried my activation code right after revealing it and it said that it’s already been used?? How is this possible? Would really appreciate any help that can be provided. Thank you! :)
