Razer Kraken Tournament Edition HELP!!

Hi so I got this gift from my birthday it's the kraken TE and after doing all the manual and setting it up the right side of my headset doesn't work only the left side this is my first time owning a razer so i'm really losing my mind over it my suggestion is why does razer makes stuff complicated and not just plug and play i really need help with it i don't want my wife to feel disappointed for buying such a complete mess if you have any suggestions on what to do please help me thank you :)
