RAZER BLADE 15 Advanced 2020 - temp and fan issues TOO HOT

Hi all, Been having some heat issues while the Blade is idle or simply browsing or writing a word document. Trying to see what is up have noticed 2 things. 1. Fans whirr constantly from high to low, as if it were processing something, also the temps are 65 to 70 C without any real reason. 2. Trying to understand what is going on used MSI AFTERBURNER and noticed that it is constantly, like every second switching from NVIDIA graphics card to CPU graphics. Can someone guide me to what is going on? Is it my Synapse settings? I use it on Balannce almost all the time and have NVIDIA Optimus on. Batt on best performance and Cortex on Auto Boost. Thanks!
