Razer Nari Wireless crackling randomly and keeps doing the beeping sound for disconnecting.

Hello, I recently just started to have this problem about a couple days prior and it is really bugging me. I paid 90 USD for a headset that constantly crackles without a fix after 3 weeks? I have tried everything from deleting Synapse and its registry keys, reinstalling it with no luck, repairing the headset, updating the firmware, basically everything I have tried has not worked at all. I'm seriously considering getting a refund for my purchase because of this unfixable issue. If anyone can shed some light on this for me I will be very grateful.

I have the same problem with my 200usd Nari Ultimate Lucio edition, I have tried everything, nothing helps, and from the look of it, this forum may as well be dead to the folks at razer, I don't think I've seen a single reply from anyone who works there since a date of like Dec 2019. I've spent so much of my very hard earned minimum wage money on razer products because I really like chroma. I have like 2000usd spent on this setup >:( , 200usd headphones should NEVER act up like this. If you remove the left ear cushion (just stretch it off slowly) you will find your serial number, go here and plug it in to see if your still under warranty (should be) and you can get the phone number, Contact Support (razer.com) the line is open 9am PST. So im going to be giving this a shot as well. Best of luck to both of us.

I am having the same issue. I got my first set sent back (after a month of support being useless and trying to tell me the PC that I just built was the problem) It then took an entire month for me to recieve a new headset.
