Hyperspeed multi-device pairing utility not working

I just discovered that my new wireless keyboard (Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro) and my new wireless mouse (Razer Basilisk Ultimate) can both connect to my keyboard dongle thanks to Hyperspeed multi-device pairing Utility in Razer Synapse (keyboard tab). BUT When I launch the utility and try to connect my mouse to my keyboard dongle (yes I follow all the instructions on screen, remove the mouse dongle, holding "any" key etc) but the utility doesn't find my mouse. It is Hyperspeed, I checked. They both have the latest firmware and I have the latest version of synapse. What can I do? It sais to make sure the device is in 2.4 working mode, but that's the only mode for my mouse anyway so that's not the problem either

As far as I know, connecting multiple HyperSpeed devices using one dongle is not something you can do just yet. The module for it is still currently being worked on. The photo below is from our HyperSpeed page.

oh okay that would explain it

I can't give you an ETA as to when that'll be released, but please don't hesitate to PM me if you need anything else. *Thread locked as resolved.
