Razer deathadder mouse (essential) suddenly changes sensitivity briefly

Hi, my deathadder mouse changes sensitivity seemingly at random. Sensitivity will suddenly drop a lot for 1 second, before going back up to the user setting. This happens when I'm playing CSGO and also on desktop. However, if I restart my computer, this problem will be temporarily fixed. I think I might be unknowingly doing something that is causing it... I am running windows 10. I've also tried this with and without using Synapse, no difference... I am running it through a kvm switch so I'm not sure if that would be the problem. I did try this with my old 125hz logitech and I didn't have the same issue. Any takers?
