Razer Booster Prime not working on mid range pc

Hello, I tried using the booster prime but it says I don't meet the lowest optimization requirements? I have an i7 8700 4,3ghz, 1660 super (overclocked), 16gb ram ddr4 3200mhz, win10. I don't believe I don't meet the minumum requirements here, what's going on?
