Razer Kaira Pro Audio Issue

Hi, I recently bought the Razer Kaira Pro headset direct from the Razer site. I play on an Xbox One S and use the headset for game audio and use the Bluetooth to connect to the discord app on my mobile. Every so often the audio (both game and discord) will distort for a good 30 seconds or so. I've also noticed that my in game mic audio is constantly active even when im not speaking, a friend told me a loud distorted sound was coming through it but mic audio is fine on discord. I updated the firmware out of the box and charged for 4+ hours before first use. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the same problem, but I play on Series X. If mic is on it doesn't matter you set volume to 0 or you just don't talk. I have tried to create a new profile in Razer App, change from Windows Sonic to Dolby Atmos, and nothing works. In games that show who's talking on screen, my name is always on, it's annoying! I hope somebody find a solution. (Pictures below) Thanks.
