Kaira Pro distortion problem

Hi, I recently received a pair of Kaira pro as a gift recently and is them on Xbox one. When I boxing I followed all the steps on how to set them up and tried updating the firmware but it said it was up to date. But since using them from day one there has been a weird kind of bass distortion now and then that is getting rather annoying. After day one I thought maybe it was just a cause they were out the box or not fully charged, so the next day tried them again fully charged. Same outcome. If anyone can offer any help it would be greatly appreciated. :)
