Razer Phone 2 USB-C port failing
Hello, i got my Razer phone 2 as a replacement for my Iphone 4, and have loved it since. But recently the USB-C port on my phone has begun to fail. It either cuts in and out when using android auto, my USB-C dac, or when i go to use the USB-C port for charging i need to hold it in a specific spot to allow it to charge. I know i can use a wireless charger but that stops me from using android auto, and using my USB-C Dac when im at work. Anyone know if there are replacement parts i can get to fix this? (I did send in a support ticket a few days ago but have yet to hear back, so i wanted to see what the forums had as a possible solution) Thank you for any and all ideas.

Please note that we do not ship out parts for the Razer Phone 2. That said, you can opt to send it to us and have the USB-C port fixed. I'll be locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs, but let me know if you prefer going the DIY route so I can unlock and move this to our Mobile section. Do send me the serial number, and I'd be happy to submit a repair ticket on your behalf.
