Synapse completely broken

Everything was working fine for multiple months. I have a Cynosa Chroma, a Deathadder Elite, and Razer Kraken Ultimates. The keyboard and mouse worked perfectly on my last laptop, I get a new laptop and they work fine for months. However one day, synapse completely stopped working. It wouldn't open and the lighting on all my devices defaulted to the normal lighting. I decided to try a completely fresh install of synapse, deleting all of the files for my razer software and uninstalling all the drivers. I install synapse, successful installation. However everytime I try to run it now, it always fails to start. I am at a loss as to what is wrong.
