update kills tartarus connection
Hello, I just purchased the tartarus v2 and when i connect it to my computer it works with the default key binding. I downloaded the synapse software for it tells me that i have a software update for it. I downloaded the update and now it keeps saying connect a razer synapse enabled device. I am running mac big sur and i don't have any usb ports on my laptop only usbc. I have tried using a usb hub because that is the only way to connect usb2.0 to my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

Synapse for macOS only supports up to version 10.14. The app will not work properly on Catalina and BigSur. Do try to test the keypad on a Windows PC to check if this has anything to do with hardware at all. PM me should you need further assistance.
