My Android phone can't recognize Razer Kishi

Hi guys, i'm having problems with my kishi i just bought some time ago, my realme 7 5G android version 10 simply doesen't recognize it. No light shows up, even the kishi app can't recognize it. The phone fits perfectly on the usb c infact when i put the phone in charge via kishi it works. seems to be a software problem, any ideas? thanks

The device works just fine with another phone, even older than mine, kishi'a app installated oh this phone recognizes the controller. i tried all you suggested on my realme 7 5g but keep not working, the light is off and the app doesen't recognize it, i tried unistall reinstall of course. may it be a compatibility issue because it works on android 9.0 version (the other phone) but not in mine which is 10 version?
