Razer Stealth Bad Repair Job
Hello, I bought a Razer in late 2017 in 2018 mid-year. After almost a year of usage, the screen got damaged internally, probably factory problems, which Razer repaired for no cost. When I sent the laptop to be repaired it was in early December 2019 and got it back in early 2020, well not me, my girl's mother stored it for me in the plan of returning it when she visited me in mid-2020. Everything seemed fine until Covid struck and had to keep my laptop away for a whole year without being able to test it to see if the repair was good. Now that I got it in late December 2020, after a whole year of waiting I am encountering problems with my screen glue and some software as well.
My screen tends to detach from the frame constantly, and when using a Core X Chroma it tends to just fail, disconnect and freeze too. I tried basically everything, and I can deal with the Core issue since it just might be compatibility issues from old to new software stuff. But what I can not deal with is the screen detaching from the laptop frame every time I open it, showing me Razer repair people did a really poor job at placing the screen back from its initial damage back in late 2019.
I would have come here earlier if it wasn't for covid delaying me from getting back my laptop for a whole year, but now here I am, as well unable to contact them directly since it is "out of warranty".
