Razer Phone power button just stopped working and now soft locked.

My phone's power button has stopped working, but I was still able to use the phone without too many inconveniences. I can see the power button physically go down, but nothing happens. I cant turn the phone on unless I double tap the screen and I cant turn it off unless I wait till it falls asleep. Now after about a month of dealing with this the phone decided to corrupt itself and sent itself into Android Recovery screen; in which I have two options: Restart the phone and try again OR factory reset my phone. This wouldn't be a problem, but because of my power button not working I cant select anything on that said screen. I was forced to wait till the battery died and then plugged it into the charger and now my phone cant turn on because the power button is broken. So, what do I do now? I have no phone because of this small issue that now compounded upon itself. Is it done for?

    I have the same issue. My Razer Phone 2 power button does not move at all. As a result I can no longer turn the phone on. Did you get any results? Are there any work arounds?

    Hey there! That seems a hardware issue. Performing a hard reset or reverting the phone's operating system to its factory state may not help at all. I suggest sending it to Razer's service so it can be repaired. Please send me a PM too together with the details I've posted above. I'll be locking this thread now.
