• update the windows once again
• Confirm you have .net framework 4.8
• Create a new administrator account
• Disable any anti-virus applications you have got on (temporary disable)
• install latest synapse .exe under the new administrator

If you are using Windows 7, upgrade it to Windows 8 or above

do you mean changing the OS image? reset windows?

reset windows. Clean installation. I looked up the error code, there is no reference guideline of fix. My understanding is that this is related to an error within the Windows source files *.dll Windows have folder within the folder of source files (C:\\Windows) that govern the Windows. These files and registry is what makes Windows, Windows OS. Synapse installation and its application work by interacting with the source files, which enable functions like~~~

• Graphical user interface
• Driver interface
• Internet interface

Pretty much authorizing Synapse and its features to interact on Windows. Details of which source files are used is very difficult to narrow, only Synapse & Windows specialist might know the answer. Who are they?~~~~~
