I NEED HELP synapses is garbage AND MY NEW HEADPHONE WON'T WORK NO CAP

SPECS ryzen 7 2700x oc rtx 2060 2100mhz oc rog 16gb trident 3200mhz rog strix b450 nvme 970 evo 1tb synapses keeps acting weird it's not my headset i got my kraken ultimate this month, thx stops working randomly, not to mention the shitty software will tell me that thx is not enabled as default despite it being set as such and then when i try to control the default sound "thx synapses" on windows manager (bottom right system tray" nothing will happen i have to switch over to kraken speakers then back to thx to make it work? like what the fuck is that about. i have used Logitech and it has one instance running at windows launch the the cpu usage is at 1% synapses at the other hand has wayyy more than than one like thx helper services and central leaving windows at launch 2%, and yet with all the bullshit it can't run correctly. i have to stop streaming cause the sidetone start sounding fuzzy. so much useless shit like central and fucking all the unnecessary shit to control your lights with phillips at home like imagine selling a buggy pile of dog shit, claiming it's pog and not doing as intended SURROUND SOUND... getting up to flip a switch such a difficult concept am i right? but anyways i am having trouble and i suggest ya'll complain. this is egregiously repulsive. take pointers from logi and make a efficient software, dont try to sell me more after coughing up 130$ usd with your coins/ store or benefits. idc about that, that is why i have steam
