Razer blackshark pro v2 wont connect to synapse

I have downloaded synapse 2 on my mac however my headset will not pair to synapse it just says ‘please connect a razer synapse enabled device’. My headset is solid blue to indicate it has paired to the receiver but the app is just not picking the headset up.

    The BlackShark Pro V2 is not supported on Synapse 2 for mac. Click here for reference. You should still be able to use it, customization aside. Feel free to send me a message if you need further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
