Aptio setup utility loop

My razer 15 randomly crashed one day out of the blue, and now whenever it turns on it brings me to a aptio utility menu. However, no matter the settings I've changed or making sure the ssd is plugged in (as I saw on another forum could be the problem). I cannot seem to fix it and boot my computer. Does any one have any ideas why this boot loop has happened and how I could fix it? Has my hardware gone bad? If so what? Or are there easier fixes?
