can't hear any sound when I select 7.1 sourround sound as defult

I've tried to activate the 7.1 on my Razer Kraken 2019 tournament edition headset and it has been impossible. When I select 7.1 surround sound as default I can not hear anything, only if I select "headphones and microphone" as default, then I can hear , but only estereo. Can someone help me?

Sorry. I have the same problem but you need to get razer synapse. https://www.razer.com/synapse-3 You will be able to edit settings and stuff on there. also choose what things you want :D
