SUGGESTION option to prevent synapse3 loading profiles from on-board(device)-profile-memory
as the title say,

add an option to synapse3 to stop it from try to load profiles from on-board(device)-profile-memory from naga trinity each time a profile switch happens (dont know if other devices have on board memory too)
i can understand if synapse try to load the profiles ONCE AT STARTUP. but every time is just frustrating bc it sucks so hard that the mouse don't works/stuck/stutter.. every time synapse try to load the on-board-profiles (EVEN IF NOTHING IS IN THE MEMORY!!!!!!!) after switching a profile, so add an option to disable that pls
