Razer Synapse global keys problem

Hey, i updatet Razer Synapse today (3.6.228...) but now a have a problem with global keybinds. For each new key assignment the keys Shift and Crtl Keys are preset! I can not delete them. That was also possible before? I just press FN + F7 and Ctrl/Shift come automatically. No matter what combination I press!

    wow, after a day... no answer from any support member! i think it was a mistake to buy all my stuff from razer.

    I updated Synapse last week and the same thing. Posted here, no reply. See /fn-key-does-not-work-when-creating-global-shortcut.71147/

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Sorry for the late engagement of your post. Our devs/Support Team is aware of this behavior and they are currently working on an official fix. Were you able to contact our Support Team by submitting a case? If you haven't, please send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
