Unable to install synapse 3

I receive an error message with a code. 1607130790H95RrP0eRazer_1321_0Setup_v3.5.1215.120503.exe installation failed with error code: 2 I followed a closed thread and this is what I've done. I've uninstalled every program like cortex. removed ALL drivers for all of my razer stuffs deleted all razer folders: Programfiles, Programfiles (x86) and programdata. removed everything razer from the registry.. Tried installing with the firewall etc down. What now?

    Found the solution for the installation issue. Had to run an check on my OS to find and repair some corrupted files. Now I have a new issue.
